Warranty statement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kress power tools have one year warranty period for manufacturing, assembly or operating defects starting on the sales receipt date, except for accessories and consumables;
\n2 years for battery packs and chargers.<\/p>\n

The warranty period can be extended to 3 years if you register these tools on the
\neu.kresstools.com within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
\nSupplied accessories, battery and chargers are excluded from this warranty extension.<\/p>\n

For warranted products, duly proven by sales receipt presented, Kress warrants the following:
\nReplace or repair for no charge all defective parts; or
\nRepair the product for free; or
\nReplace the product with the same product or a similar one at no cost.<\/p>\n

Manufacturer\u2019s warranty does not apply to the following cases:<\/strong>
\n1. Tool malfunctions resulting from natural wear of the product, its components, machines, mechanical components, as well as accessories, such as: electrical cables, blades, drive belts, filters, carbon brushes, clamping devices and holders;
\n2. Mechanical damages caused by violation of the Rules of operation or storage of the equipment specified in the Operating manual;
\n3. Damages caused by improper use of the tools (misuse);
\n4. Damages resulting from overheating, overloading, mechanical stress, penetration of precipitations, liquids, insects or nonwaste substances into the tool body accompanying its use for
\nthe intended purpose (chips, sawdust);
\n5. Damages resulting from an overload of the tool that caused the simultaneous failure of 2 or more components (rotor and stator, electric motor and other components or parts). The unconditional signs of product overload include, among others, the appearance of: tinge colors, deformation or flashing of parts and components of the product, darkening or charring of insulation, damage to the motor wires under high temperature;
\n6. Damages caused due to non-compliance with the maintenance periods specified in the Operating manual;
\n7. Damages caused due to non-compliance of the parameters of the power supply network with the requirements for the power supply network indicated on the tool;
\n8. Damages caused due to cleaning tools with chemically aggressive liquids;
\n9. Tools that have been serviced or repaired outside an authorized Kress service center;
\n10. The tool has been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center;
\n11. Repairs made using spare parts, replacement parts or additional components that are not supplied by Kress, as well as for damages resulting from the use of non-original spare parts.<\/p>\n

For guarantee claims, you will need to submit a registration document and proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays date and place of purchase.
\nThis guarantee statement does not replace but is in addition to your statutory rights.
\nThis warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
\nAll repairs and replacement tools will be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the date of the original purchase.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
